Infostretch Announces a New Mobile Enablement Vision for Enterprises with Cutting Edge Tools in Mobile User Experience Management
London, United Kingdom, October 31st, 2013 – Infostretch, a leading provider of mobile application lifecycle management (MALM) services with a focus on strategy, design, development, testing, and monitoring recently announced the introduction of its two new products – SYNCHRO and ATTESTO. The fast moving mobile industry has a big challenge to address User Experience Management with device proliferation. Infostretch is introducing these products to fill an existing void in mobile industry for User Experience Testing and Management.
SYNCHRO is a mobile testing tool to enable manual testers perform testing under real device conditions on geographically distributed real devices using test once repeat everywhere technology. A great value addition to the mobile SDLC, considering the fact that testing for real user experience is not that easy and seamless. Testers will be able to identify most of the difficult to find issues using SYNCHRO with its Mixer technology that enables real user conditions on the device under test before the test is performed.
“We find a big gap in the mobile industry when it comes to innovative technology to solve business problems. Mobile testing under real conditions like CPU, bandwidth, changes in the network conditions and number of apps installed are some of the important attributes that need to considered”, says Manish Mathuria, CTO and Founder of Infostretch Corporation. “SYNCHRO aims to solve this precise problem by providing a Mixer to create these real conditions and test multiple devices concurrently”, he adds.
ATTESTO is a tool used to aggregate user reviews from different app stores and run intelligent heuristics to verify and validate user reported issues. ATTESTO enables Enterprise customers to improve the quality of the released app and integrate new features into new releases to meet end-user expectations. ATTESTO fits in seamlessly at the tail end of the mobile ALM after the application is deployed on app stores, when monitoring and user experience management are critical to enterprise brand.
“There is no tool which would help enterprises sieve through all the reviews and create an action plan to resolve and validate them”, says Rutesh Shah, President and CEO of Infostretch. “ATTESTO puts us in the leader’s quadrant when it comes to creating cutting-edge mobile user experience monitoring tools”, he adds.
