Infostretch is seeking a world-class leader for heading our global workforce.  Infostretch has offices in India (3 locations), London and the USA (2 locations) and other staff spread at various other locations at various placed in the US and Europe.

This position is for Ahmedabad or Pune delivery center in India.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years HR or People Operations related experience within high-growth Digital Engineering Outsourcing services companies.
  • Experience managing the HR of multi-location, multinational services organization over 2000 people in similar capacity in a progressive role.
  • Experience with global M&A integration required
  • Strong experience with organization design, leadership and coaching.
  • Experience managing administration teams.
  • Experience with staffing and talent acquisition for high growth digital services organization.
  • Experience administering full employee lifecycle from hire to separation; performance management, leaves of absence, and immigration.
  • Must be a strong systems thinker with a “product manager mindset” with proficiency in HR systems.
  • An MBA from a reputed school in HR or equivalent HR education
  • A proven leader builds a can-do attitude and mentors direct reports. Builds chemistry of success.

Job Responsibilities

In this role, we are looking for a leader that has a track record of building organizations where our employees are proud to work. You are comfortable working in a high growth environment and across various international offices. We currently have a team of 1200+ “Infoneers” and expect to grow to over 1800+ people in the next 18 months across three main countries -- USA, UK and India.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and oversee all aspects of our People function in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Partner with senior leadership to effectively architect, scale, and develop the rapidly growing and changing organization
  • Work closely with internal recruiters to identify and attract outstanding candidates across all functional areas
  • Help manage the process of recruiting, evaluating, formulating offers, closing and hiring candidates worldwide
  • Work with managers and prospective employees on compensation to ensure we are competitive globally
  • Refine and manage the employee onboarding process
  • Refine and cultivate a constructive performance measurement and evaluation process
  • Bring global standards that are country appropriate and yet bring respective parity across locations
  • Refine HR systems (such as HR Management system and Applicant tracking system) and enhance them. Be an active business user.
  • Implement metrics and dashboards
  • Help the company sustain and build upon its culture and core values through hyper growth
  • Help nurture learning and leadership development
  • Stay current on industry trends and practices to provide thought leadership and guidance on recruiting, compensation, organizational structure, change management, employee relations, training and development, performance evaluation, retention and HR policies
