Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Support Engineer with 2-4 years of experience based in our Santa Clara location. (Remote flexibility as well)


What you will do:

  • Translate abstract client technical requirements into business value
  • Collaborate with prospective clients and develop/demo the right solution using QMetry platform to fit their needs
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and live demonstrations explaining products or services to potential and existing customers
  • Serve as go-to expert on QMetry products for your sales team
  • Work with Sales team to drive revenue and client satisfaction growth
  • Some travel will be required for client meetings, integration and demos
  • Manage all technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancement

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum experience of 2-4 years as a Pre-Sales or Post Sales Engineer
  • Ability to build a deep understanding of a customer’s requirements and guide them to a technical solution
  • Experience setting up integrations between SaaS products and worked with Rest APIs of SaaS products
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Java/J2EE and Linux OS
  • A QualityOps/DevOps convert who has lived the benefits of the increased quality, speed and efficiency delivered by this approach
  • Excellent presentation, creativity, written and verbal communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in computer science or equivalent



Nice To have

  • Maintains a good working knowledge of Test management/Test Automation products
  • Know how products like HP ALM/Quality Center, JIRA, UFT, qTest, Zephyr and Test Rail operate
  • Domain expertise across the Quality Management/Automation space
