Infostretch is looking for a strategic Marketing Manager who has a gift of project management and efficiency combined with the skills and drive to plan, promote, and execute the highest quality marketing campaigns including but not limited to PR, social media, analyst relations, events, webinars and management of video and other marketing assets within a growing organization. This position will be responsible for helping to create awareness and market acceptance of Infostretch. Primary Responsibilities:

1) Manage and grow PR campaigns with Infostretch and for its customers. This includes:

  • Bylines, articles, press releases, HARO inquiries, industry awards and customer interviews (on our DTV channel), etc. 
  • Edit content and manage media relations with the PR agencies and respective customers.
  •  Video interviews for DTV our digital transformation Youtube channel.

2) Manage Analyst Relations activities including:

  • Report calendar for Forrester, NelsonHall, and Gartner of upcoming reports and ensure we do not miss the deadlines.
  • Schedule inquiries and interviews with analysts as needed.

3) Manage execution of our US-based Speaking Session program (and booth where warranted) including:

  • Researching, recommending and securing buy-in of limited, targeted industry tradeshows and events.
  • Identifying and overseeing speaking calendar
  • Developing and executing an integrated plan for attendance at each event which includes internal kickoff, booth and overall onsite experience, pre- and post-event email campaigns, staffing, on-site logistics, and internal alignment on goals.
  • Provide remote support including logistics, show services, etc for UK-based events.

4) Manage monthly Webinars including:

  • Planning, calendar scheduling, topic coordination, speakers, and pre and post-webinar email campaigns.

5) Manage Social Media activities including:

  • All outbound social media distribution both external and internal including Twitter, Linkedin, and Facebook.
  • Engaging with analysts and customers on social to increase engagement.

Job Requirements:

  • 4-year university/college degree required
  • 3+ years of experience as a marketing manager in a B2B company, preferably in a services-based business environment or agency.
  • Ability to be aggressive in getting answers so they can meet objectives. Someone with a NO fear attitude.
  • Revenue-focused individual with a high sense of urgency and a history of exceeding quantifiable performance metrics. Someone who can be proactive and is constantly thinking about what’s missing and what we can do better.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong ability to make persuade and delight a variety of individuals, including executives, customers and prospects.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized, with a keen ability to keep projects on track while proactively flagging risks.
  • Strong professional writing skills are a must
  • A creative thinker
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Team oriented – experience working with sales, senior management, content owners, and product management
  • Skilled at coordinating complex projects and aligning multiple stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Someone who likes to be on camera, a plus!
  • Knowledge/experience using webinar platforms (Webex, Zoom, etc.) and Office 365 required
