As modern communication channels have multiplied, so too have the unique regulatory and compliance risks that come with them. Our client has accelerated its development efforts to manage these new channels and help clients stay ahead of the risks.

This is integral to ensuring its software-as-a-service applications deliver the risk and compliance protection clients count on without impeding its use of the latest productivity tools. To make sure its quality engineering capabilities were keeping pace with its development efforts, the client engaged Infostretch to provide end-to-end testing, automation and project management services.

Our client’s goal was to ensure 100% quality for its software-as-a-service application as it added new features on a continuous basis.

They had more than 35 APIs, services, and user interfaces integrated to its platform. Each required functional, integration and performance testing. They also wanted to automate as much of its test footprint as possible to speed cycle times.

The Solution

Infostretch provided the client with end-to-end quality engineering services for its application including manual, automation, and performance testing as well as helping their team define Agile processes.

Infostretch started the engagement by assessing the client’s quality engineering maturity using its proprietary assessment model which compares current capabilities to industry best practices.

Based on the results of the assessment and input from the client team, Infostretch recommended and implemented the following approach:

  • Automation of all testing for their APIs using Infostretch’s Quality Automation Framework (QAF)
  • Use of TestRail test management tool to maintain all test assets
  • Integration of automation with TestRail to push all results to the test management tool
  • Automated kickoff of Smoke and Regression testing through Jenkins Job
  • Performance Testing of all different APIs
  • Improved utility creation to generate test data
