Third Award in Two Years for Innovative Use of Social Media
Infostretch, a leading Silicon Valley digital engineering services provider, has won a gold dotCOMM Award for innovations in social media. It is the third award that Infostretch has won for DTV, the company’s non-commercial digital transformation channel on YouTube.
The dotCOMM Awards are an international competition honoring excellence in web creativity and digital communication. The competition spotlights the role of creatives in the dynamic, constantly evolving web.
“In a time when every organization from every industry is tasked to ‘digitally transform,’ DTV helps clarify what that actually means by featuring experts from our ecosystem of customers, partners and industry leaders,” said Leila Modarres, Chief Marketing Officer. Marketing and media are also encountering the same transformation with the need to provide data at the ‘speed of digital’ and that’s big part of why we launched DTV. We are thrilled to be recognized for this by dotCOMM Awards.”
Topics run the gamut of information technology’s most timely and business-critical trends including digital strategy, digital development, DevOps, quality engineering, cloud, IoT, data analytics and mobility. The programs are presented in short, easy-to-digest video interviews, typically ranging from 7-15 minutes with industry luminaries like Geoffrey Moore, author of “Crossing the Chasm” and “Inside the Tornado” as well as Hap Klopp, Founder of The North Face.
Administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), dotCOMM Awards offers third-party recognition from one of the most recognized and highly regarded evaluators of creative work in the world. Winning a dotCOMM award signifies to employers, clients, prospects and competitors that the winner’s web and digital work is among the best in the industry. Infostretch won a gold award in the category of Best Digital Marketing and Communication Campaigns & Social Media Campaign.
Since its inception in 1994, AMCP has judged over 200,000 entries from throughout the world. Two of AMCP’s competitions, MarCom Awards and Hermes Creative Awards, each attract about 6,000 entries each year. In 2018, DTV won a Platinum MarCom Award just a few months after its launch. DTV also garnered the IMPACT18 Award from the Internet Marketing Association.
