- 2-4 years of hands-on software development experience Spring Microservice, Hibernate, MYSQL MUST have experience working with L2 and L3 Java support.
- Ability to work in shifts (with compensation benefits)
- Experience in Site Reliability Team / Service Desk / Support
- Experience with developing and consuming REST/SOAP web API services
- Familiarity with Cloud environments such as AWS Good debugging & analytical skills
- Setting up Sev1, Sev2 calls, coordinating and following a run book / SOP of process Contribute to knowledge base

Role in Project:
- Monitor - Review, gather, observe Application backend KPIs and dashboard and raise alarms if any Monitor, gather data of api logs, system kpis, format reports for system stability Update Jira and respond to tickets generated and assigned Strictly follow Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Gather logs query database records for business data points from the database for specific modules Setting up Sev1, Sev2 calls, coordinating and following a run book / SOP of process Troubleshoot, debug issues, defects, and business scenarios, that customer might ask for Work independently and solve tough problems with minimal guidance Contribute to BAU development activities
