Legal & Contracts Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of contracts and assist with the reviewing, editing and submitting of contracts to appropriate parties.
  • Organize, file, and track all company agreements
  • Interface with finance, sales, human resources, and other in-house departments as well as outside vendors and clients in connection with domestic contract matters
  • Manage approval and signature process for a variety of corporate documents and agreement
  • Ensure policy and process compliance
  • General administrative support including editing and formatting, proofreading, copying, collating, scanning, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Provides Legal Process training for all new employees
  • Supports the implementation, and management of a contracts management system (CLM)
  • Sends out Vendor SOW termination notices
  • Performs new vendor vetting process
  • Reviews and drafts under supervision of an attorney simple template-based agreements (e.g., NDAs)
  • Supports the integration of newly acquired companies

    Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical abilities, research skills, and oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally and confidentially with all levels of management, staff and external parties
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
