It’s official. Infostretch India has been recognized as a great workplace by the independent analysts at the Great Place to Work® Institute. This prestigious certification is a recognition of workplaces that foster a high-trust, high-performance work culture.
I’m incredibly proud of this achievement. To put this in perspective, Infostretch India earned this credential based on independent measurement of employee sentiment. The Great Place to Work survey measures employee trust and various aspects of company culture, such as allowing employees to take time off when necessary, autonomy for personnel to do their jobs without micro-managing, sharing a sense of pride and celebrating successes. As we have more than 1,000 employees in India, across three main development centers in Ahmedabad, Pune, Bengaluru and Hyderabad, this news is resounding recognition that we are getting it right for the vast majority of our people.
