Mobile web site certification testing takes approximately 3 to 10 business days after submission and will depend on the complexity of the mobile web site being tested. |

How is the payment made for certification charges?

How do I submit a website for re-certification?
You must submit the mobile web site for re-certification using the same process for an initial certification testing request using the T-Mobile Partner Network web site. |

When do I need to submit for re-certification?
It is required that you submit the mobile web site for re-certification when there are material modifications to features or functionality of a certified mobile web site. At least 30 days prior to making material modifications, a description of the material modifications (not including changes to content available on the mobile web site) must be submitted to T-Mobile through the mobile web site submission form on the T-Mobile Partner Network web site.
Also, you may submit the mobile web site for re-certification if the mobile web site failed the initial certification process or the status of certification is “Expired.” |

How do I retrieve certification results from the T-Mobile Partner Network?
Log in to the T-Mobile Partner Network web site and use your company administrator user ID to retrieve the available results of past mobile web site certification requests. If you need additional information, please contact tmobile_info@infostretch.com. |

Should all testcases pass during the certification testing process?
Yes. |

Do I receive a refund if my Certification Request results in failure?
No. The Certification fees are non-refundable. |

Can I submit more than one website as part of the same certification request?
No. Only one mobile web site may be submitted for each certification testing submission. |

Can I transfer the Certificate of one website to another one?
No. The mobile web site certification is specific to the mobile web site that was tested during that certification process and it cannot be transferred. |

We just acquired the company that owned a certified website. Do we need to re-Certify?
You must contact T-Mobile at partnerteam@t-mobile.com to confirm T-Mobile’s consent to assignment of the agreement governing the mobile web site. |

Which handsets will InfoStretch use during certification?
Mobile web sites must work on all of the currently available handsets that support mobile web sites on the T-Mobile USA network. |

No. T-Mobile requirements for mobile web sites are described in the T-Mobile Partner Network Mobile Web Handbook available on the T-Mobile Partner Network web site. |

Yes, after your request for certification is accepted, an Infostretch representative will give you access to details of testcases used for certification. |

The T-Mobile Partner Network website has 7 different website testing statuses as defined below: |

Acknowledged: The mobile web site has been submitted for certification testing. |

In Testing: The certification contractor (InfoStretch) has begun the certification testing process. |

On-Hold:The certification contractor (InfoStretch) needs additional information. |

Passed: The mobile web site meets all the required criteria for certification. |

Failed: The mobile web site does not meet the required criteria for certification. A detailed report with defects will be provided. |

Expired: A certified mobile web site is found to no longer be in compliance with T-Mobile’s requirements. |
