Warren Kaplan has over thirty years of experience in leading, consulting and doing advisory work for public and private companies. He has led several organizations such as Accellion, Inc, Bpath, AboveNet Communications as the President and CEO. He has also been Executive Vice President, Managing Director, and CFO for NetCom Communications and Executive VP and Interim CEO for Gefinor USA. He has sold companies in excess of $6 billion realizing substantial ROI for investors. Warren has been a Board Member, Operations Executive and CFO for companies listed on the New York, NASDAQ, and American Exchanges. He has led 3 IPOs, as well as subsequent secondary offerings for in excess of $3billion. He has been a part of KPMG as a CPA, very early in his career and was responsible for audits for public companies and start-ups. He was an elected member for four committees in the New York State Society of CPAs, and an Associate Professor in Undergraduate and Graduate School at CCNY teaching accounting theory, and SEC reporting rules. Warren has an MBA from Long Island University, and a BS in Accounting from New York University.

B.V Jagadeesh is a Silicon Valley based serial entrepreneur since 1995 with a proven track record of managing and building market leaders. He has founded very successful companies such as Exodus Communications, NetScaler (acquired by Citrix ANG), and 3Leaf Systems. Exodus Communications doubled revenue quarter-to-quarter to become one of the most highly valued venture-backed companies in Silicon Valley with over $2billion in annual revenues and market value of $30billion under his leadership. He was also instrumental in leading the highly successful IPO at Exodus. Jagadeesh has also been a Board Member and Investor for Ankeena Networks (bought by Juniper Networks), Ocarina Networks (bought by Dell), and Netmagic Solutions. Jagadeesh served as a Group VP and GM of Citrix Systems’ Application Networking Group after the company’s acquisition of NetScaler for $325million. He is now a Managing Partner at KAAJ Ventures and his new investments include Denali Systems, Woxi Media, ScaleArc, Rakya Technologies, and more. Jagadeesh has also held various management and engineering positions at Novell and 3com. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Bangalore University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Bombay, India.
